LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and apply skip-tracing techniques to locate borrowers while ensuring compliance with debt collection laws.

The role emphasizes results, independence, and reliability. Workdays are Monday through Friday with a 100% remote setup, performance-based commissions, and comprehensive benefits designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining consistent communication with management and team members while working remotely.
