LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage calls, negotiate resolutions, and set up payment plans while maintaining compliance and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Remote-work capable workspace and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and compliance with laws.
• Communicate professionally with borrowers and management.
