Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to work independently within a team goal framework.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, professional remote workspace with secure internet.

Responsibilities
