LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and locate borrowers using skip-tracing tools, all while maintaining compliance and professional conduct.

This 100% remote role offers commission potential, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must reside in an LCS-approved state and have strong self-discipline for a home-based workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace and reliable internet.
• Must reside in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
