LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our nationwide team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while ensuring compliance and professionalism.

This full-time remote role offers a 100% home-based setup, performance-based commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and comprehensive benefits including health, life, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in third-party debt collection or related field
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
• Outstanding verbal communication, active listening and telephone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
• Professionalism, reliability and accountability
• Understanding of debt collection laws and regulations

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial situations.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
