LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate resolutions, and apply skip-trace techniques while upholding professionalism and regulatory compliance in every interaction.

This 100% remote role offers commissions based on performance, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits. We hire in approved states and value experience, reliability, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-trace tools to locate borrowers and assets; prioritize accounts to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation and compliance with laws.
