Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Pursue department performance goals and maintain detailed documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
• Maintain accurate account records for regulatory compliance.
