LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team from home in the United States. The role emphasizes negotiation, compliant collections, and high-volume performance in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a regulated environment while meeting or exceeding goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on individual financial situations.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws and company policies.
