LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team from home. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while maintaining professional standards and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of third-party collection experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Reliable internet connectivity adequate for job responsibilities.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Consistently work toward personal and departmental goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
