Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work from home while meeting performance targets.

We offer a 100% remote role, commission opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local collection laws.
• Work remotely while staying productive and connected with the team.
