LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and maintain professional, compliant interactions.

This 100% remote role offers performance-based commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits. Minimum 2 years in third-party debt collection and strong negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and team while working remotely.
