LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate resolutions, and strive to recover delinquent accounts from the comfort of your home.

We value professionalism, compliance with debt collection laws, and the ability to work independently while meeting performance goals. This 100% remote position offers commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.
• Reliable internet connectivity.
• Ability to remain available, responsive, and productive during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
