Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, with emphasis on compliant practices and timely recoveries.

The role offers a 100% remote work setup, commissions for performance, and a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, along with medical, dental & vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401k plan, paid

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable collection laws and company policies.
