LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a 100% remote Collections Specialist to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing to locate borrowers while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

We value experience in third‑party debt collection, strong negotiation, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. A high school diploma and a distraction-free remote workspace are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Experience negotiating payment arrangements and settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Prioritize and manage assigned portfolios to maximize recoveries.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions with borrowers while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
