LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. If you have 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation and bilingual English/Spanish skills, you can work from home within a flexible schedule.

As a Collections Specialist, you’ll negotiate settlements, use skip-tracing to locate borrowers, and maintain compliant, detailed records while striving to meet performance goals in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
