LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for a 100% remote role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and employ skip-tracing methods to locate debtors while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and are capable of working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment from a home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with skip–tracing tools and collection management systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
