Ideal candidates have 2+ years of third-party debt collections experience, strong negotiation skills, and reliable internet access. We offer 100% remote work, performance-based commissions, and a weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Reliable internet connectivity suitable for remote work.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining consistent communication with management and team while working remotely.
