LCS Financial Services Corporation is recruiting Collections Specialists to work remotely with a nationwide team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience and strong negotiation skills.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, use skip-tracing tools, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. We offer a performance-based earning potential and a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate resolutions and settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a confidential, distraction-free remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish may be beneficial.
• Proven track record of meeting collection goals.
