Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice delivering outpatient therapy entirely online. We offer 100% remote work for independently licensed clinicians with structured schedules and full benefits.

You will manage a consistent outpatient caseload with evidence-based modalities, supported by our administrative team and in-house referral network. Compensation includes base pay with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY, MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload; strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists; full operational support (scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, licensing).
