Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice built by clinicians, for clinicians. The role offers 100% remote outpatient therapy with a predictable W-2 package and full benefits. Independent clinicians manage defined caseloads within an outpatient model designed for remote care.

We seek licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with multi-state licenses. In-house support covers scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing to minimize admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Independent and active state licenses in multiple states.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience with structured modalities like CBT/ACT/MI/DBT.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
