Job summary

Talkiatry Management Services, LLC. is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote role in outpatient mental health care. This position offers predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and minimal administrative burdens, allowing professionals to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Therapists will work with lower to moderate acuity populations, have a consistent caseload, and enjoy clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making. Compensation includes a base salary of $70k plus performance incentives, with additional benefits like health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Experience in outpatient settings.
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Participate in a fully structured outpatient therapy model.
