The role emphasizes independent clinical judgment, flexible scheduling within guidelines, and minimal administrative burden, supported by a robust operations team.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy with a defined caseload.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapies and document care per guidelines.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network and support staff.
