We support clinicians with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing. Compensation includes a solid base salary with incentive opportunities, plus employer-paid health insurance and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active unrestricted license
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making
• Experience with structured modalities (CBT/ACT/MI/DBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy within evidence-based standards
• Maintain a defined, transparent caseload with clear treatment goals
• Coordinate with in-house referral network including psychiatrists
• Handle scheduling, documentation, and compliance within Talkiatry systems
