Job summary

Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice offering fully remote outpatient therapy. We seek independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with multi-state licenses and the ability to manage a consistent caseload.

You will work within an outpatient model with structured guidelines and an in-house support network. Compensation includes $70k base with up to $20k in incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for tenure-based increases.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY, MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload with strong clinical judgment.
• Experience with structured modalities (CBT, ACT, MI, DBT) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• Coordinate with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and handle scheduling/billing/intake.
• Operate within evidence-based standards with clinical leadership available for consultation.
