Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice seeking independently licensed therapists for fully remote outpatient care. You will manage a defined caseload with evidence-based modalities, supported by scheduling, billing, and licensing teams.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy and professional judgment within a collaborative framework. The position offers W-2 employment, full benefits, and a compensation model starting at $70k with incentives up to $20k, plus tenure increases after 2 years.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active, unrestricted licenses.
• Multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload with evidence-based care.
• Experience in structured outpatient settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy with various conditions.
• Maintain defined, transparent caseload and goals.
• Handle schedule, intake, and coordination with minimal administrative burden.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and clinical leadership for support.
• Deliver care within evidence-based modalities and clinical guidelines.
