Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice built by clinicians, for clinicians. This role supports independently licensed therapists with a remote outpatient model, predictable W-2 compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll manage a consistent caseload of common mental health concerns with flexible scheduling within structured guidelines. Our platform removes administrative work, provides scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support, and offers in-house

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists required (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi‑state licensing support available).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Not seeking supervision toward licensure or a 1099/private practice.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
