Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice seeking independently licensed therapists to provide outpatient therapy remotely. The role emphasizes predictable, W-2 compensation with full benefits and minimal administrative burden.

You will manage a defined outpatient caseload, work within evidence-based modalities, and have access to scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support. Compensation includes a base plus incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed therapist with multi-state licensing
• Active, unrestricted license with multi-state support
• Experience handling a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT/ACT/MI/DBT-informed)
• Receive full operational support (scheduling, billing, credentialing)
