The role emphasizes consistent caseload management, clear documentation, and collaborative care with psychiatrists to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or equivalent).
• Experience delivering evidence-based outpatient therapy.
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload and collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage a defined, transparent caseload with established goals.
• Utilize in-house referral network to coordinate with psychiatrists.
• Handle scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and documentation.
