In this bilingual role, English is used for internal collaboration while Thai is used with customers. The position emphasizes inbound and outbound activity, quotes, and collaboration with onboarding to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Thai is required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in the customer’s language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Ensure onboarding and customer success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast.
