Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence with Thai Cuisine restaurants in the US. You will use a consultative approach, handle calls, demos, and close contracts in Thai and English from a home office, driving new customer growth and building trusted relationships.

You will follow up on leads, run language-specific product demonstrations, create quotes, and ensure onboarding success. Salesforce experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Thai is required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads in your language.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in Thai and English.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in Thai and English.
• Coordinate with onboarding to ensure customer success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Thai-speaking customers and Toast teammates in English as needed.
