Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive based from a home office to grow Toast’s presence in Thai Cuisine restaurants in the United States. You will use a consultative sales approach, handle inbound and outbound demand, and close contracts in the customer’s language.

You will conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in Thai and English, create quotes, support onboarding, and position Toast’s end-to-end platform.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Thai is required.
• Prior Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial and feedback driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape in your market to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Thai-speaking customers using Thai; English used with Toast colleagues.
• Note: Interviews are conducted primarily in English.
• Toast does not sponsor work visas for this role.
