Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence in Thai cuisine restaurants. You will manage inbound leads, conduct product demos in Thai, and close contracts in the customer’s language, primarily English for colleagues.

Based in a home office, you will build trusted relationships with restaurateurs, navigate competitive landscapes, and collaborate with Toast teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that help businesses run better.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Thai is required for this role.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in your customer’s language.
• Ensure onboarding teams and customers are set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
