Job summary

Toast seeks a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence with Thai cuisine restaurants in the U.S. This is a bilingual role based out of a personal home office, requiring Thai and English language fluency, consultative selling, and the ability to close contracts in the customer’s language.

You will follow up on leads, run discovery calls and demos, prepare quotes in Thai or English, and coordinate with onboarding to set customers up for success while positioning Toast’s

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Thai and English required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to set the customer up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Use Thai for Thai-speaking customers and English for Toast colleagues.
• Note: Hiring process will be conducted primarily in English.
