Job summary

Toast in Washington, DC is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence within Thai cuisine restaurants. This bilingual field-sales role is based from a personal home office and focuses on inbound demand, referrals, and closing contracts in the customer’s language.

You will conduct discovery calls and demos in Thai and English, build quotes, and onboard customers, positioning Toast’s end-to-end platform to help restaurateurs run better.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language.
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape in your market to best position Toast.
