Nationwide is seeking a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers across the Eastern Time Zone. You will drive profit and premium to meet financial goals by developing, negotiating and implementing business plans.

This role requires at least five years in Human Services and Nonprofit accounts, strong knowledge of casualty lines, and willingness to travel; heavy travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Human Services and Nonprofit industry-specific experience
• Strong business development skills, with a production & agency management orientation
• Five years of experience handling Human Services and Nonprofit accounts with underwriting Casualty lines (General Liability, Professional Liability, Abuse & Molestation)

• Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals through developing, negotiating and implementing business plans
• Lead and influence agencies by creating sales strategies and implementing sales processes that drive new sales and customer retention

• Ensure effective file handling, workflow and territory performance checkpoints
