Nationwide is seeking a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers. The role emphasizes driving profit, negotiating business plans and building strong agency partnerships across the Eastern Time Zone.

You will lead sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure service excellence while handling Human Services and Nonprofit accounts with a focus on Casualty lines (GL/PL/Abuse & Molestation).

Qualifications

• Human Services and Nonprofit industry experience is required.
• At least 5 years of experience handling Human Services and Nonprofit accounts.
• Strong underwriting skills in Casualty lines (GL/PL/Abuse & Molestation) and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers.
• Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals through sales plans and agency strategies.
• Lead and influence agencies to increase shelf space, retention and new sales.
• Provide risk assessment and ensure underwriting quality and workflow efficiency.
