Nationwide is seeking a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers in the Human Services and Nonprofit sector. This remote role requires strong agency relationships, risk assessment and sales leadership to drive profitable growth.

You will travel to partner agencies, conduct visits, and develop business plans aligned with underwriting philosophies.

Qualifikationen

• Human Services and Nonprofit industry-specific experience.
• Strong business development skills with a production & agency management orientation.
• At least five years of experience handling Human Services and Nonprofit accounts with underwriting Casualty lines (General Liability, Professional Liability, Abuse & Molestation).

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers.
• Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals and objectives.
• Lead and influence agencies by creating sales strategies and implementing sales processes.
• Research risks and environment to win the account.
• Quotes, prices and underwrite new and renewal policies for complex accounts.
• Monitor risk selection and pricing decisions across agencies and books of business.
• Drive agency plans with performance checkpoints and pipeline improvement.
• Market Nationwide products to improve offerings and profitability.
• Respond to assess accounts and develop business propositions that win the business.
