Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC. seeks a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, primarily from leads, and to build referrals within the community. This is a remote, full-time role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

The position offers a base salary of $45k with total earnings ranging from $75k to $80k plus uncapped upside, a $485 monthly auto allowance, company phone and iPad, internet and home-office reimbursements, plus 401k match and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience, B2B and/or B2C.
• Sales experience or work with seniors preferred.
• Experience in the hearing health field beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and personal automobile.
• Travel extensively by car in the region and by air occasionally.
• Work from a local home office with high-speed Internet.
• Proficient computer skills and basic Internet use.
• Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Excellent people and relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, problem-solving.
• Self-starter with strong organization and time management.
• Collaborative and confidential in a team-oriented environment.
• MS Office and MS Teams proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install the ClearCaptions Phone and train customers in using the service.
• Educate customers on phone features and usage.
• Build relationships with retirement communities and local groups.
• Create lead-generation activities and generate referrals.
