Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to perform in-home installations and training for seniors. This remote role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and involves generating referrals, building community relationships, and educating customers about caption services.

You will travel locally, conduct events, and maintain territory records while enjoying a base salary with uncapped upside and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience, B2B and/or B2C preferred.
• Sales experience or work with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile.
• Ability to travel extensively by car in the region and by air occasionally.
• Work from a local home office with high-speed Internet.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and train customers in ClearCaptions equipment in their homes.
• Educate customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Establish relationships with retirement communities and local groups.
• Create, attend and educate consumers in Senior Events and other events.
• Build relationships with Hearing Professionals and educate about services.
• Maintain territory records using Salesforce and manage inventory and referrals.
