Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Balancing Sales Specialist to drive growth across North Carolina and South Carolina territories. You will learn the full product line, master grooved joining methods, and develop plans with the Regional Sales Manager to maximize sales potential.

As part of the sales team, you will build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners, conduct site demonstrations, and support project pursuit from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and handle equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and application.
• Identify opportunities and develop sales plans with the Regional Sales Manager to maximize sales potential.
• Execute project pursuit from inception to final commissioning.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners.
• Coordinate with distributors and regional market specialists to ensure good customer experience.
• Attend events and dinners to engage customers evenings and weekends.
