Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Balancing Sales Specialist to join its North Carolina and South Carolina territory with remote work options. You will build customer relationships, learn the full Victaulic product line, and drive project pursuits from design through commissioning.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings with客户客户 as needed to close opportunities. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and sales experience with value-added products, preferably in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services preferred — especially in commercial construction or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and handle equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitive methods to overcome objections.
• Develop business plans with sales managers to maximize sales potential.
• Lead project pursuit from inception through design, bidding, installation, and follow-up.
• Educate customers on product value and conduct site demos and trainings.
