Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, is seeking a Balancing Sales Specialist to support customers across North Carolina and nearby markets. This full-time, remote-friendly role requires building relationships with engineers, contractors and owners, promoting Victaulic products, and driving orders from inquiry to installation.

You'll travel as needed, demonstrate products on site, gather specifications, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to map

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products in construction, PVF, or mechanical fields is desirable.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods as well as competitive methods to overcome objections.
• Understand construction cycles; identify major projects and stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and project owners in your territory.
• Lead project pursuit from inception through design, specifications, bidding, installation training, and after-sale follow-up.
