Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Balancing Sales Specialist to expand relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners across North and South Carolina, with remote work options. This full-time role requires travel and a strong focus on educating customers on Victaulic’s pipe joining solutions.

You will learn the full product line, develop territory plans, lead demonstrations and training, and drive opportunities from inquiry to installation while delivering value on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services preferred — especially in commercial construction, PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and handle equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and overcome objections.
• Develop territory plans with the Regional Sales Manager and execute project pursuits from inception to completion.
• Deliver product demos, lunch-and-learn sessions, and presentations to engineers and contractors.
• Build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners in your territory.
