Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Balancing Sales Specialist to cover North Carolina. You will learn the full Victaulic product line, identify opportunities, and lead project pursuits from design through commissioning.

The role rewards relationship building with contractors, engineers, and owners while promoting Victaulic solutions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree preference, willingness to travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Develop territory plans including opportunity mapping, sales goals, product promotion plans, and strategies to maximize sales potential.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit—from inception through design, bidding, job site training, final commissioning, and after-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory.
• Coordinate with Victaulic distributors to manage a balanced distribution network.
