Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in the Georgia/South Carolina territory. The role is part of the Digital Pathology team and supports remote work from home while coordinating with local teams.

You will develop strategies, manage customer relationships, and implement demos and training with support from management to expand market share in life sciences and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience.
• Proven contract negotiation and selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
• Coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training with support.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
