SpotOn is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in your local Cincinnati-area territory. You will promote our complete product suite and build relationships with SMBs and restaurant owners to elevate their operations and profitability.

You will travel to client sites, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly targets. The role rewards ambitious professionals with uncapped commission potential and a strong benefits package.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals with a metrics-driven approach.
• Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Ability to manage client relationships with internal support teams to ensure success.
• Willingness to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
• Open to feedback and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Be a local representative for SpotOn in your community by offering advanced technology to local business owners.
• Travel to and from client sites within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local business owners and merchants.
• Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of clients.
• Hit sales targets, with a focus on selling software & point-of-sale solutions and payment processing.
• Collaborate with our Sales Support team to reach monthly sales goals.
