Job summary

AMALIE Oil Company is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Rep to drive growth across a multi-state lubricant distribution network. This remote role requires extensive travel and a self-motivated approach to expanding distributor relationships and increasing sales within a multi-state territory.

You will report to the National Sales VP and collaborate with the wider sales organization to deliver revenue growth while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven outside sales track record and foundational sales training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new accounts, maintain distributor partnerships.
• Build long-term supplier-client relationships across territory.
• Maintain deep market understanding of lubricant distribution trends.
• Prepare sales data and manage CRM records daily.
• Secure orders while managing delivery, inventory, and logistics.
• Follow price quote procedures and manage discounts.
• Plan travel within territory to maximize client engagement.
• Comply with reporting directives and submit expense reports.
