Amalie Oil Company is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Rep to drive growth across a multi-state region and strengthen distributor relationships. The role reports to the National Sales VP and requires strategic travel, CRM usage, and strong customer-focused sales execution.

The position is remote/home-based with up to 75% travel, offering a base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package. Industry experience in lubricant distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales in lubricant distribution or related markets.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Proven outside sales success and reportable results with distributors.
• Baseline training in modern sales techniques; CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience managing a multi-state territory is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by identifying new accounts and cultivating buyers.
• Maintain and strengthen distributor relationships and partnerships.
• Develop market expertise on lubricant distribution trends.
• Prepare sales data for leadership and maintain CRM records.
• Secure orders, manage delivery timing, and optimize pricing structures.
• Plan travel within the territory to maximize client contact while controlling costs.
• Adhere to monthly reporting requirements and expense submissions.
