AMALIE Oil Company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Territory Sales Rep to grow our lubricant distribution network across a multi-state territory, reporting to the National Sales VP. This remote-based role requires heavy travel and strong relationship building.

You will identify new accounts, manage distributor relationships, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while coordinating with sales teams to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Territory growth: identify and cultivate new accounts while maintaining distributor partnerships.
• Relationship management: build and sustain positive supplier-client relationships.
• Market expertise: stay informed on lubricant distribution market trends.
• Sales administration: prepare and present accurate sales data; update CRM daily.
• Order optimization: manage delivery dates, inventory levels, and logistics.
