Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth in construction, industrial and commercial markets in the Houston area. You will meet clients, quote orders, and identify new opportunities while coordinating with installation crews. A home office may be used when not in the field.

Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 with uncapped commissions. Top performers earn well over six figures, and many on the US team exceed $200K annually, with 20% of the team over

Qualifications

• Two+ years of B2B sales experience preferred in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls to meet activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Oversee project management at installation sites with installation crews; occasional weekend/holiday work.
